Titan started in the cab of a truck, not an office
Where We Came From
In 2012, Lonnie Ridenbaugh took a job driving an oilfield truck for Infinity Oilfield Services. Within a few months he'd moved to the dispatch desk, and by the next year he was out finding new customers for the company.
Over the next eight years he ran hydro-excavation crews, environmental cleanup and hazardous waste teams, field operations, a fleet as general manager, and saltwater disposal sites as a vice president. Every one of those jobs taught him the same thing. Companies that treated their drivers right ran better than the ones that didn't.
In 2020 he started Titan out of New Concord with a few trucks and a simple goal: build a hauling company customers could count on and drivers would actually want to work for.
Titan has grown into four companies running more than 115 units out of seven yards in eastern Ohio. We haul fresh, frac, and produced water, crude oil, aggregate, and livestock for producers, purchasers, and contractors across the Appalachian Basin. It's a lot bigger than it was in 2020, but it's still owned by a driver and run by people who've done the work.

This is what we commit to every person who drives for us. Hold us to it.
Late-model trucks and trailers that get repaired right and repaired fast.
Fair, honest dispatch and a schedule that's planned, not guessed.
Every ticket, every hour, every load, on time every pay period.
If something isn't safe, you have the authority to stop the job. Period.
Leadership's door and phone are open, and what drivers tell us changes how we run things.
Training, certifications, and promotions from the cab into trainer, dispatch, safety, and operations jobs.
Lonnie has spent 14 years in Appalachian Basin oilfield work, transportation, and environmental services. He started as a driver, moved through dispatch and business development, and went on to lead crews and operations for Badger Daylighting, Ramco Environmental Services, Clear Creek Oil, Ryan Environmental Transport, and EGO Water Solutions.
Along the way he got to know DOT and EPA compliance inside and out, along with the safety programs that keep crews working and communities protected. All of that went into Titan when he started it in 2020. He's still hands-on today and spends his time on customers, strategy, and the people who keep the trucks moving.
Derek runs Titan's finance, accounting, and office administration. Before joining Titan he was Chief Lending Officer at The Home Loan Savings Bank in Coshocton, Ohio. He brings a banker's understanding of commercial credit to Titan's equipment purchases, growth plans, and banking relationships.
Our goal is simple: every driver goes home safe. Lonnie built his career on DOT and EPA compliance and safety programs, and that background runs through everything we do. No load is worth a shortcut.
Titan has its own Safety, DOT compliance, HR, and insurance staff. Safety isn't somebody's side job here.
Orientation, ride-along training, and regular safety meetings, plus oilfield, H2S, MSHA, and biosecurity training depending on the division.
Motive GPS, telematics, electronic logs, and camera systems give us real-time visibility and protect drivers from false claims.
Any Titan driver can stop a job they think is unsafe, and leadership will back them up.
